Use of the service

BizBoxly provides tools for managing a business and its customer relationships. Businesses remain responsible for the services they sell, their customer communications, pricing, taxes, policies, and contract language.

Payments

Customer payments are processed through the business’s connected payment provider. BizBoxly subscriptions are separate from customer transactions. Review the business’s cancellation and refund policies before making a purchase.

Electronic agreements

The application records consent, signer identity, document version, and a content hash when an agreement is signed. Businesses must confirm that their agreements and signature requirements are suitable for their jurisdiction and use case.

Final terms pending

The founder must obtain legal review and finalize contracting parties, subscription terms, cancellation rights, liability provisions, dispute procedures, and governing law before public release.
