Text-message terms

Your choice, for each business

BizBoxly is operated by Joseph S Apps, LLC. Businesses using BizBoxly choose their own services and messages. The text-consent form names the business you authorize. Consent for one business does not authorize another business to text you.

Service updates and optional offers

You may choose automated service texts about appointments, orders, invoices, and documents you request. Promotional texts require a separate choice. Neither choice is required to create an account or buy a service. Message frequency varies with your activity and the business’s messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Enroll and change your mind

Sign in to your business’s client portal, open Notifications, enter your mobile number, and choose the messages you want. Confirm that you own or are authorized to use that number. New choices start unchecked. Changing your number requires a new choice. Texting begins only when the sender is approved and available.

Reply STOP to stop texts. You can also choose “Withdraw all text consent” in Notifications. A STOP request blocks further business texts through BizBoxly until support reviews re-enrollment; checking a box does not override STOP. A message already submitted to the carrier may still arrive.

Help and delivery

Reply HELP for help with a text program, or contact the sending business. For BizBoxly account or text-consent support, email joseph@josephsapps.com. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and sign-in verification

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers process the number and message to deliver the service. We retain a record of your choice, its wording, the business, number, account, and date to honor your preferences and investigate delivery concerns. See the privacy notice.

Sign-in verification texts are a separate security feature managed under Account security. Agreeing to business texts does not enable that feature, and enabling sign-in texts does not authorize business or promotional texts.
