Do customers need to install an app?
No. The web client portal works in a browser. Native iOS and Android applications are also being prepared.
Where do customer payments go?
Businesses connect their own Stripe account. Customer payments and the BizBoxly platform subscription are separate billing relationships.
Can I export my information?
Business owners can export supported business records from the workspace. Your data is not locked into the application.
Can my staff see every customer?
Permissions determine access. Staff and contractors can be limited to assigned contacts, tasks, and appointments.
Are revenue estimates guaranteed?
No. Recommendations are suggestions based on business activity and stated assumptions. Any revenue figures are estimates.
