Information used by the application

BizBoxly processes account identifiers, business information, client contact details, appointments, documents, files, messages, and payment status metadata to provide business management services. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored in BizBoxly’s database.

Providers and access

Firebase provides authentication, database, storage, and server infrastructure. Configured integrations may process email, SMS, notifications, calendar information, or minimized AI requests. Business permissions control which team members can access records. Client accounts are limited to their own business relationships.

Choices and data requests

Business owners can export supported records and request business deletion from Settings. Account deletion requests are subject to review and record-retention requirements. Marketing consent and notification preferences are recorded separately from operational messages.

Owner review required

The legal business identity, contact address, retention schedule, jurisdiction-specific rights, processor contracts, and final tracking disclosures must be supplied and approved before launch.
